The "cassette-type return idler" allows for easy roller replacement simply by removing two lynch pins from the bracket and rotating it towards the walkway side around the pivot shaft. Since it is a left-right split idler, there is no contact with the roller at the center of the belt, effectively reducing the risk of material spillage.
